How we work.
Reeves works from Birmingham and Newcastle and supports organisations across the UK.
We spend time with our clients, build relationships properly and understand how communications works for them in practice, not just on paper.
Much of our work involves moving comfortably between senior leadership and people closer to delivery. In education, for example, we might act as trusted advisers to a leadership team while also working with staff in individual schools to help them tell their local stories clearly and confidently.
Our experience also includes delivering communications at European level. This has included leading multi-country campaigns across the EU, working in multiple languages, managing press activity at major international events and supporting clients with international ownership and audiences.
Our Approach.
Good communications are not about volume. They are about clarity, timing and credibility.
We take time to understand context, audiences and pressure points before shaping messages, content and channels. The focus is always on proportion and purpose, ensuring communications stand up to scrutiny and achieve the outcome required.
Our approach is pragmatic and tailored. There are no templates and no unnecessary complexity. Just experienced communications support, delivered properly.
The Reeves Manifesto.
We believe communications should be handled properly.
That means understanding context before rushing to comment, choosing words carefully, and knowing when silence is more effective than noise. It means respecting audiences, journalists and stakeholders enough not to waste their time.
Public relations is not about constant visibility. It is about credibility, judgement and trust built over time.
We work best with organisations that value clarity, are prepared to be honest, and understand that good communication is as much about what you choose not to say as what you do.
We take responsibility for the work we do. We stand by our advice. We handle sensitive issues with care and confidence, and we do not overcomplicate what should be clear.
When the fit is right, the work is calm, effective and long-lasting.
Reeves has been recognised as a PRCA Workplace Champion, an award made annually by the Public Relations and Communications Association to agencies that demonstrate outstanding workplace culture.
The recognition is judged on evidence of how an organisation supports its people, including training and development, diversity and inclusion, positive impact, and how colleagues are valued and respected.
For us, it reflects a commitment to sustainable working practices, sensible collaboration and a professional environment that underpins clear thinking and long-term client relationships. How a team is treated internally shows up in how work is handled externally, especially under pressure.
